Terms of Service

1. Agreement and age These Terms govern Sudoku God, provided by KM Works Co., Ltd. The app is intended for users aged 9 and older. A minor must use the service with permission and guidance from a parent or legal guardian. By using the app, you agree to these Terms. 2. Service and network requirement The app provides Sudoku puzzles, ranked and practice play, local progress, online rankings, My Sudoku, notices, updates, and advertising. A network connection is required at launch and for online, advertising, update, ranking, and My Sudoku functions. Features may be changed, suspended, or discontinued when reasonably necessary for operation, security, legal compliance, or improvement. 3. My Sudoku and uploaded images My Sudoku lets you register a Sudoku board from a camera or gallery image. Content is private by default. You must upload only images you own or are lawfully permitted to use. Do not upload faces, contact details, unrelated documents, or other personal or confidential information. When you choose Publish, only the extracted puzzle digits, clue count, difficulty, and publication time become visible to other app users; the original image, solution, player identity, and personal play records are not disclosed. Other users may copy a public puzzle into a new independent private record. Unpublishing or deleting the original does not delete existing copies. Only directly uploaded puzzles may be published; copied puzzles cannot be republished. Child profiles require an adult check before publishing. We may restrict or remove unlawful, abusive, or rights-infringing public content. 4. Rankings and fair play The app creates a random public player code for online rankings. You must not manipulate scores, submit fabricated records, automate play or requests, interfere with the ranking server, or use another player's credentials. Invalid or abusive records may be rejected, corrected, or removed. 5. Advertising The app displays Google AdMob advertising. Advertising and consent settings are applied according to age and region. Ads for children are limited through child-directed treatment and child-appropriate content controls. Server configuration may enable or disable advertising for a platform and app version. 6. Acceptable use You must not disrupt the service, bypass security or age controls, introduce malicious code, infringe another person's rights, upload unlawful material, or use the service for an unlawful purpose. Reverse engineering is prohibited only to the extent permitted by applicable law. 7. Intellectual property The app, visual design, characters, software, text, and service materials are owned by KM Works Co., Ltd. or lawful licensors. You receive only a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the app. 8. Updates and availability An update may be required for compatibility, security, legal compliance, or fair operation. Maintenance, communication failures, disasters, platform changes, or circumstances beyond reasonable control may temporarily prevent use. 9. Suspension, termination, and deletion Online access may be restricted for violations, security threats, ranking manipulation, or legal requirements. You may stop using the service at any time. Settings > Delete my data permanently deletes server data connected to the current player identity and clears local app data. Disclaimer and limitation The service is provided with reasonable care, but uninterrupted or error-free operation and successful recognition of every image are not guaranteed. To the extent permitted by law, the company is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Rights and liability that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected. 11. Governing law and disputes These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. The parties will first attempt to resolve disputes in good faith, and unresolved matters will be handled by a court with jurisdiction under applicable law. 12. Changes Material changes will be announced in the app or on the service website before taking effect when reasonably possible. The effective date identifies the current version. 13. Ad-removal purchase The app may offer a one-time, non-consumable product that removes all interstitial and native ads. It is not a subscription. The storefront displays and controls the final price, currency, taxes, payment method, approval, cancellation, and refund rules for the user's country. Ad removal is granted only after the store confirms a completed purchase and our server verifies it. Pending, canceled, refunded, revoked, fraudulent, or unverifiable purchases do not provide ad removal, and ads may resume after such a status is confirmed. A prior purchase can be restored while signed in to the same store account. Deleting app or player data does not itself request or guarantee a refund. Google Play processes Android purchases and Apple App Store processes iOS purchases under the same entitlement principles.
