Delete immediately in the app
In Sudoku God, open Settings and choose Delete my data. Online rankings, My Sudoku images, puzzles and play records, authentication data, and server identifiers associated with your player identity will be deleted permanently.
If you cannot use the app
If you uninstalled the app or cannot access the device, email your public player code and request to customer support. We will act after reasonable identity verification.

Retention exceptions
Minimum information required for legal obligations, security, or fraud prevention may be retained separately for the periods stated in the Privacy Policy. Security access logs may be retained for up to 90 days and support records for up to three years.
